Document attestation comes when somebody looking for migration purpose. To get Embassy attestation the document has to be legalized from HRD and MEA. Notary attestation should be done on your document before that. Documents should get attested from the concerned state department. A document is authenticated only in issuing state department after verifying the content of the specified documents. MEA attests all the documents after HRD attestation. Finally you can go with Embassy. After that you can submit the certificates to Embassy attestation. You will be getting Embassy attestation for official purpose in UAE. The embassy will attest all educational and non educational and commercial document if the certificate already attested by Ministry of External Affairs MEA.

There are two kinds Notary attestation they are District notary attestation and state notary attestation. Next is HRD attestation. Finally MEA attestation is under the ministry of external affairs govt. Of India. After getting successful attestation from MEA you can submit the certificates to Embassy . The embassy will attest all educational and non educational and commercial document, if the certificate already attested by MEA.

Educational Documents |
These are the certificates obtained from school and college like SSLC/10th/CBSE, PDC/+2/HSC, Degree certificates like BA, Bsc, Bcom, BTech, BE, BBA, CA, MBBS, Post graduate certificates like MA, Msc, Mcom, MBA, MCA and other Diploma, Nursing and ITI certificates. |
Non-Educational Documents |
This includes marriage and birth certificates, affidavit, transfer and leaving certificates, medical, death, divorce, experience and provisional certificates. |
Supporting Documents |
These documents has to be submitted along with the above mentioned documents for attestation. Exact number and type of supporting documents may vary from country to country. Some of the supporting documents are mark lists, transcripts, registration, selection letter, passport copy, photo etc. |
